I am using videoconferencing tools such as Zoom for meetings.
You can still start your divorce even though the courts are closed to all but urgent matters. Collaborative Divorce is almost entirely handled outside the courthouse, which means the collaborative process may proceed. Once a settlement is reached, it can be put into a binding agreement. The final documents, including the final decree, can be drafted and signed by everyone but the judge. Currently, judges are not finalizing divorces, so that needs to wait until later.
Zoom is safe, secure, and very easy to use as outlined in this video.
